We are now accepting vendor applications by download only. Please download the appropriate application below, complete it, and submit it by email for review.
Vendor spaces are limited, and all submissions are reviewed to help us create a balanced and high-quality festival experience.
Important Notice: Closed Vendor Categories
Due to high demand, we are no longer accepting applications for the following categories:
If your primary product falls under any of the categories listed above, your application will not be considered for this year’s festival.
We appreciate your interest and encourage you to apply early for future events.

Submit by Email
Once you have completed your application, please email it to:
info@watermelonfest.org
Be sure to include the following with your submission:
Your completed application
A photo of your booth or setup
Applications submitted without a booth photo may not be reviewed.
Step 3:
Wait for Follow-Up
Once your application has been received, our team will review it and follow up with you by email or phone call.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
