Every year, the Watermelon Festival brings together great food, family fun, and unforgettable summer energy. Our team plays a huge role in making that happen. Whether you’re helping guests, serving food and drinks, keeping the grounds clean, or showing off creative carving skills, each position helps create an amazing festival experience from start to finish. This is a fun, fast-paced opportunity for people who enjoy working with others and being part of a lively event atmosphere.
Applicants must be 18+ with a valid ID. Experience in customer service, food service, or event environments is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic applicants who are ready to work in a fun festival setting.
Watermelon Carver

Bring creativity to the festival by carving watermelon displays and eye-catching designs that add to the visual experience of the event. This role is ideal for someone with artistic skill and attention to detail.
Cashier
$20/hr
Assist guests with purchases, handle transactions, and help keep lines moving smoothly. This is a great fit for someone friendly, attentive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Kitchen Staff
$20/hr
Support food preparation and service during the festival. Duties may include cutting, scooping, plating, and serving fresh watermelon and other festival food items throughout the day.
Bartender
$20/hr
Prepare and serve beverages for festival guests, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. Help maintain a smooth, upbeat service experience while keeping guests refreshed and happy.

Grounds Crew
$20/hr
Help keep the festival grounds clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the event. This role may include trash pickup, setup support, teardown help, and resetting tables and chairs as needed.
Festival positions are fast-paced, hands-on, and team-oriented. Applicants should be prepared to work in an outdoor event environment, stay on their feet for extended periods, and help create a positive experience for guests. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great attitude go a long way.
